Government Guidelines to manage in-house services includes:
a) Finding digital or remote alternatives to physical, in-home work where possible such as video or phone consultations.
b) Discussing working environment and practices with householders and clients in advance to confirm how the work will be carried out, if a physical visit is needed
What we will do:
We will limit our face to face interaction with our customers. We will, where possible, provide quotes using Whatsapp or Skype to view the work supplemented by questionnaires.
Facemasks and gloves will be worn.
As well as regular handwashing we will also use hand sanitiser before entering your house.
We will also wash down surfaces where we have been working.
We will ask customers to support us in protecting everyone by making sure all access doors are left open and you remain 2m away from the Tradesman
